Run from this place. You can find anything better. My wife and I signed up for 1 yr membership January 2016. We paid the first and last month dues (that would be January and December). We canceled in December. Now they say my 12 month membership runs thru February. I'm not sure where they get their calendars from, but they are way off. When I call, even the agents I speak with can't fully explain it. When I email, I get the same generic responses:
You have 2 payment(s) left to finalize your term, which includes Dec 2016 and Jan 2017. Your membership will expire on 02/14/2017, whether you you use the club or not. The automated calls/notifications is to advise you of this as courtesy and you must pay remaining balance on your account membership terms of agreement for it to be cancelled without any further due on 02/14/2017.
